Claude Memory is an independent local extension for Claude Desktop that provides persistent memory using Google Drive.
Claude Memory uses the Google Drive API with the following OAuth scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file
This permission is used to create, access, update, search, and manage Google Drive files required for Claude Memory's persistent-memory functionality.
Google Drive data accessed by Claude Memory is used solely to provide persistent memory functionality requested by the user.
Memory data is stored in the user's own Google Drive account.
OAuth authentication tokens used to authorize Google Drive access are stored locally on the user's device and are used solely to authenticate authorized requests to Google.
Claude Memory does not sell Google user data.
Claude Memory does not share Google user data with advertisers.
Claude Memory does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or marketing.
The user retains control of their Google Account and Google Drive data.
The user may revoke Claude Memory's access to their Google Account at any time through Google Account security settings.
Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide the functionality described in this policy.
